- Morning: Depart Nairobi early (around 6:30 AM) via road (~6-7 hours). Stop for refreshments in Nanyuki.
- Afternoon: Arrive at Samburu. Check-in at your lodge/camp (e.g., Samburu Intrepids Lodge or Samburu Sopa Lodge).
- Evening: Afternoon game drive. Look out for Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx.
- Dinner & Overnight: Lodge.
- Morning: Early morning game drive. Good chance to see predators like lions and leopards.
- Late Morning: Breakfast at the lodge, optional village visit to meet the Samburu people.
- Afternoon: Lunch at the lodge. Optional relaxation by the pool or river.
