Hotel Bookings and Tours

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings, but some hotels may need full payment.
• Rates are subject to change until bookings are confirmed.
• Full payment grants confirmation and hotel vouchers.
• Rates are per person, with variations for room types and sharing arrangements.
• Room upgrades and discounts depend on availability and loyalty programs.

Payments Policy

• Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit secures your reservation.
• Payment Methods:
  • Bank transfers (KES/USD), M-Pesa Paybill, MoneyGram, Western Union, or secure card payment links.
  • Payments must be made to authorized channels only.
• Payment Confirmation: Receipts and invoices are emailed, and payment SMS confirmations are sent.
• International Clients: Use MoneyGram, Western Union, or secure payment links.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation fees:
  • 21–30 days: 50% of total cost.
  • 8–20 days: 25%.
  • Within 7 days: No refund.
• Refunds for deposits are non-reimbursable but can be used within six months, subject to penalties.
